Let's Make Some Pizza - Turbo Style!
There are more than a few pizza baking games available, but still not nearly enough. I'm a big fan of pizza, whether it's eating it, baking it, or even talking about it. So it should come as no surprise that I love a game where I can make me a delicious pie and Turbo Pizza tickles my Italian fancy quite nicely. It has delicious food, fast-paced gameplay, and presents a surprising challenge.
Are you a big fan of Diner Dash, just a little too good at it? If you're looking for a similar experience but with gameplay that's a lot more challenging, then look no further. Turbo Pizza is hard. I mean that in a great way, of course. I played quite a bit of computer games that are so difficult in a frustrating way that they make me want to break my keyboard over my knee and throw my mouse out the window. This is not one of instances. The difficulty here, though intense, is very fair. The further you progress in the game, the faster you need to be with your mouse skills.
A Pizzeria in a Castle?
Our two heroes are named Rebecca and Robert and they've just opened a new pizzeria in town - in a giant castle. A little unconventional, I know, but it's attracting big business and they need to work their digital butts off if they're going to make it in the restaurant business. After a little redecorating (alright, I'm exaggerating - the place was falling apart), they open their new business venture to the world and you need to make sure they don't fail.
Customers will come at you from several directions and ask for all sorts of items - sodas, cakes, popcorn, coffee, ice cream, and of course, pizza. Some of the items need to be prepared - coffee needs to be brewed, popcorn popped, pizzas baked - and some you can just deliver as is. When customers ask for pizzas, simply grab one off of Robert's counter, where he will promptly replace it, and throw it into the oven.
Customers don't have infinite patience, so you have to be quick about it. Some patrons, such as teenagers, will expect their food lickity-split. And as frustrating as it may seem, you'll have to tend to them as fast as you can if you want to stay in business. Decorating your restaurant will make it nicer to look at and customers will grow more patient. Of course, you could always approach it from a different route - speed everything up. You can buy all sorts of new machines and even waitress classes for Rebecca and pizza-baking classes for Robert.

Turbo Pizza has a lot going for it - it's fun story, nice graphics, and its customization abilities - but when all is said and done, it's its difficult that sets it apart from the rest. This product presents a true challenge and only the most serious of gamers need apply at this pizzeria.
