Flora Dale wakes up briefly as she is rushed into the ER. She is the victim of an attempted murder but is uncertain as to what has happened. Unable to gather enough strength, she can't tell the doctors what happens and quickly becomes comatose.

Trapped in her own mind, she begins an incredible adventure piecing together clues about her life, her day, and the events that led up to her current position. Will she solve the mystery? Will she wake up in time to name her attacker?
