No Arithmetic Needed!

Sudoku, at its core, is a very simple game. Despite the fact that it does involve numbers, there is absolutely no math to worry about here whatsoever! If you can count from one to nine, you can play Sudoku. Instead of your arithmetic skills, you will need to rely on your logic and reasoning abilities because the goal is to fit the numbers 1-9 in such a way that there no duplicates in any given row, column, or 3x3 sub-square. The overall game board is a nine-by-nine grid, which is further divided into nine sub-squares.

Some strategies that people recommend include looking for pairs (this helps to eliminate possibilities in the remaining squares); scanning within each row, column, or sub-square to see what numbers are still missing; and jotting down a "temporary possibility" in spaces that you are still unsure about. No need to waste away your eraser here, though, as all it takes is quick click of the mouse and a press of the backspace button on your keyboard to clear a square.

Utter Simplicity

No need for superfluous bells and whistles, extraordinary stories, or other features that may otherwise slow down a less powerful computer. Nope, in Sudoku Quest you get the pure brain-bending puzzle action of the classic Japanese game. No nonsense, but a whole lot of fun. Some of the extras involved here, however, include your choice of tile layout (based on the four elements of earth, air, fire, and water) and four different difficulty settings.
