How do I download games?

All of our games are free to download and try. Follow the steps below to download and play any game. You can purchase all the games you love!

Step 1) When you find the game you would like to play, click the "Download Free Game" button on the game page.

Step 2) After clicking "Download Free Game" you will be asked to enter your email to confirm and start the download. Once you have entered your email address click "Start Download".

Step 3) When the "File Download" window appears click "Run" to complete the download. The game "Open File" window will appear after the game is downloaded.

Step 4) Click "Run" when the "Open File" window appears. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation. Click "Finish" to launch the game. Enjoy playing our games!


How do I re-download and unlock a game I have already purchased?

When you purchase a game with us, you own it forever. You are able to re-download and unlock any game you have previously purchased by following the steps below.

Step 1) Download and install the game you have already purchased and want to unlock. (See above for details on how to download and install.)

Step 2) Launch the game and click on the "Already Purchased Game?" Click Here link in the bottom right corner of the game window.

Step 3) Next, enter your First name, Last name, and Email Address, exactly as you entered it when you purchased the game. You can find the required information in your purchase confirmation email. If the information is correct the game will be automatically unlocked. If you are having problems at this step you can click on the "I forgot my order information?" link and we will email you a copy of your purchase history.

If you have purchased a game from one of our other e-commerce partners, such as Trymedia Systems (TM Net Games) , Gamehouse, or Reflexive, please e-mail Customer Support.


How do I purchase a game I would like to own?

All of our games are free to download and try. You may purchase any game after you download & install the game. Start the game and then clicking on the "Buy Full Version" button to purchase. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the secure purchase. We use industry standard 128bit encryption to keep your personal information safe & secure. When you buy a game from us you own the game and can re-download and activate at anytime.

We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard & Paypal in our online store. If you would like to purchase a game using a personal cheque or money order please contact Customer Support with the game you would like to purchase and we will provide you with information to complete your order.

You can launch an installed game by clicking on the Windows "Start" button, then "All Programs" and then locating the Game Name folder and clicking on "Play Game Name".


I am having technical problems with a particular game

For any technical issue inquiries, please contact our customer support team with the name of the game you are having difficulties with and any specific details you have, as well. You may contact customer support for more information regarding general game support.


What is your purchase refund policy?

We offer a 48 hour money back guarantee on all games purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 48 hours you may contact us at Customer Support to request a refund on your game(s). Please include your order number or at least First Name, Last Name, and e-mail address you purchased the game with.

If you have purchased a game from one of our e-commerce partners and would like a refund, you will need to contact them directly.


How do I uninstall a game I no longer want on my computer?

You can uninstall any SpinTop game by going to your Program Files folder (usually found at C:\Program Files ), then finding the specific game folder for the game you would like to uninstall.

Within the game folder there will be an "Uninstall.exe" file. Double click on this file to begin the Uninstall process. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Alternatively, you can also go to your Windows Start > Control Panel, and click on Add or Remove Programs - and click on the Program you wish to uninstall.


I need help completing a purchase ie. credit card issues, etc.

I did not receive my e-mail receipt and would like a new one - OR - I would like to view my order history.

How do I unsubscribe to your newsletter or change my email address?

You are able to unsubscribe from our free game newsletters at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of each e-mail message. As well, you may unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at unsubscribe@spintop-games.com from the email address you wish to unsubscribe. Please allow up to a week to be permanently removed from our future e-mail newsletters.


Am I able to order a backup CD for a game I purchased? - OR - the CD I ordered has not been delivered.

Yes, you may purchase a Backup CD during the order process for most of our games. If you have purchased a Backup CD from us, you should allow up to 4 weeks for mail delivery. Please check your email receipt for your order details and contact Customer Support. As well, you will need to provide us with your order number and we will check the status of your CD delivery.

Will using Windows Vista effect the performance of my game(s)?

Using Windows Vista may cause some of our games that are not compatible with Vista to stop working. If the game you purchase is not compatible, we will either exchange your game or issue you a refund, whichever you prefer.


Why has my `Free Trial` time expired before 60 minutes?

All our games come with a free 60 minute trial. Under certain circumstances the full 60 minutes might not be available such as: the game was left running, you have previously downloaded and played the same game, or unknown computer timing issues. Unfortunately, technical limitations make it impossible for us to extend the trial for any game. You can try the game on another computer to get another 60 minute trial. At anytime you can purchase the game you want to play and if you are not fully satisfied (within 30 days) let us know and we will promptly refund your money.


Are SpinTop Games free of Adware, Spyware and Viruses?
